Privacy is not a legal formality for us. It is the foundation of everything Knafayim does.
Sharing of Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes mobile information, which will not be shared with affiliates or third parties for marketing purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
What we collect
When you contact us, join a group, sign up for emails, or donate, we collect only what you choose to share: typically your name, contact details, and your message. Donation payments are processed by our payment partners (Donately, Stripe, PayPal). Knafayim never sees or stores your full card details.
How we use it
To respond to you, to provide the support you asked for, to send you the communications you signed up for, and to issue donation receipts. We never sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we never share the identity of anyone who turns to us for support.
Confidentiality of families
Anything you share with Knafayim staff, volunteers, or group facilitators is held in strict confidence. Stories and testimonials appear on this site only with the author's explicit consent, attributed only as the author chooses.
Our email lists are managed through Klaviyo. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate and final.
